# Add-ons

> Extra brands, prompt packs, countries, and audit credits — and who each one is available to.

Add-ons split into two groups, and it matters which one you're looking at: recurring capacity add-ons are only available on agency accounts, while one-off audit credits are available to every paid plan. This page covers both.

<Note>
  Current add-on pricing lives at [surfais.com/pricing](https://surfais.com/pricing). This page covers what each add-on does and who can buy it, not the cost.

## Available on agency accounts

If you're running **Scale + Agency Mode** (see [Agencies: getting started](/agencies/getting-started)), you can add capacity to your shared portfolio budget without upgrading tiers. All three are recurring monthly subscriptions billed alongside your plan, and cancel any time — capacity drops back to your base allowance at the end of the billing period.

    Track one additional client brand beyond the 10 included. All Agency Mode features apply to it the same as any other brand.
  </Card>

  <Card title="50 prompts pack">
    Add 50 prompts to your shared agency prompt budget. Stack as many as you need, and reallocate across any brand in your portfolio.
  </Card>

  <Card title="Extra country">
    Raise your account's shared country pool by one beyond the 3 included. Any brand can then use the new market — and a country one brand already tracks never costs another brand a slot. See [Countries & markets](/setup/countries).
  </Card>
</CardGroup>

These aren't available on Starter, Growth, or standalone Scale — they're scoped to Agency Mode because a fixed per-brand allowance breaks down fastest across a portfolio. See [Plans & limits](/billing/plans-limits) for what's included before Agency Mode, and [Managing brands](/agencies/managing-brands) for how shared capacity works day to day.

### Adding Agency Mode to an existing Scale subscription

If you're already on standalone Scale, there's currently no self-serve way to add the Agency Mode bundle to your existing subscription — switching tiers works self-serve, but layering the bundle on top doesn't yet. Your [subscription page](/billing/subscription) offers a contact link to **[enterprise@surfais.com](mailto:enterprise@surfais.com)** and we'll apply the change on our side. If you're not yet a Scale customer, you can select Scale + Agency Mode directly at signup.

## Available on all paid plans

Every paid plan — Starter, Growth, Scale, and Enterprise, single-brand or agency — can buy **one-off audit credits**. Unlike the agency add-ons above, this isn't a subscription: each credit is a single [AI Visibility Audit](/audits/what-audits-check) you can run once your plan's monthly or weekly allowance is used up, without waiting for it to refresh.

You'll typically meet this at the audit gate — the point where you try to start a new audit and your allowance for the period is spent. Surfais shows the next renewal date alongside the option to buy credits instead of waiting:

* **Single credit** — one extra audit, run immediately.
* **5-pack** — five audits at a lower combined cost than buying five singles.

Credits are added as soon as payment completes and don't expire — they sit on your account until spent, on any brand you manage. You can also buy proactively, before hitting the gate, from a standing purchase card on the [Usage page](/billing/usage).

For the full detail on how audit allowances work per tier, when they reset, and how a purchased credit gets spent, see [Extra audits](/audits/extra-audits).
