Who this is for
The Agency plan is built for agencies, consultants, and in-house teams managing several distinct brands — a marketing agency running AEO for its client roster, a group running multiple sub-brands, or a consultant tracking a portfolio. It’s one plan at one flat monthly price, whether you track two clients or ten. The price is at surfais.com/pricing.If you only manage one brand, you don’t need this — Starter, Growth, or Scale on their own cover a single-brand account. The Agency plan is specifically for tracking multiple independent client brands from one login.
What the plan includes
10 client brands
Ten separate brands tracked from one account, each with its own scoring, scans, and audits. Extra brands are available beyond that — see Managing brands.
150 prompt-country slots
One pool shared across your client brands. A slot is one prompt tracked in one country, so a prompt you track in the UK and the US uses two. Countries aren’t capped separately: put every slot into one market or spread them across many.
Weekly scans
On the Agency plan every client brand is scanned automatically once a week, on Mondays, across all five AI platforms. An Agency plan trial works the same way: each brand’s free first scan on day 1, then Mondays.
Centralised invoicing
One subscription, one invoice, covering every client brand in the account — instead of separate billing per client.
Priority email support
Faster response times than the standard email tier, reflecting the larger footprint an agency account represents.
A handful of agency-specific features — a white-label dashboard, a custom domain, per-client report branding, and a centralised portal view across all clients — are on the roadmap and not live yet. This page describes what’s usable today; nothing here depends on those.
What’s shared vs what’s per-brand
This is the distinction that matters most once you’re running several clients: some things belong to the account as a whole, and some things belong to each individual client brand. Get this right and the rest of the Agency plan makes sense. Shared across the account:- The subscription and invoice
- The prompt-country slots (a pool, not a per-brand allocation)
- Team members and their access (Team)
- Plan limits and add-ons
- The prompts themselves, once allocated to that brand (Prompts)
- Competitors (Competitors)
- Countries tracked (Countries)
- Brand aliases (Brand aliases)
- Scan results and every metric built on them — AIS Score, Visibility, Position, Sentiment, Share of Voice
- Audits and their Readiness Score
- Reports
How scoring stays isolated per client
This isn’t just a display convention — it’s how the measurement itself works. Each client brand’s prompts are tied directly to that brand, and each brand’s competitor set is configured against that same brand specifically. When Surfais scores a client, it only draws on that client’s own prompt runs and that client’s own competitor comparisons. Concretely: if Client A sells home security and Client B is a law firm, Client A’s prompts are never checked against Client B’s name, and Client B’s AIS Score is never diluted by Client A’s results. Each client’s dashboard shows only what actually happened for that client. This matters in agencies more than anywhere else, because the brands in one account frequently have nothing to do with each other — the isolation is what makes running unrelated clients from a single account safe to rely on.The onboarding difference
Signing up as an agency follows a different first step than a normal signup. Where a single-brand account walks you through setting up your one brand immediately, an agency account skips that — because you don’t have “a brand,” you have a roster of clients to add over time.1
Complete checkout
An agency account is offered the Agency plan. Choose it and complete payment as normal. If you only track one brand after all, switch to single-brand setup from the same screen.
2
Land on the agency welcome screen
Instead of the standard brand-setup wizard, you land on a welcome screen confirming your client brand allowance and prompting you to add your first client.
3
Add brands one at a time
Each client brand you add offers a set of suggested prompts generated from that brand’s domain — none are pre-selected, so tick the ones you want to track, and they’re saved only once you confirm. Each brand also gets one free baseline scan you can run for an initial read. Once your account has run its first scan, scheduled scans also pick up brands you add later, so a new client brand may get its first reading on the next scheduled scan day — see Scan schedule.
4
Repeat for each client
Keep adding client brands as you onboard them, up to your account’s brand allowance.
