The brand switcher
At the top of the sidebar sits a dropdown showing every client brand on your account, with the currently active one highlighted. Pick a different brand and the whole dashboard — scores, mentions, citations, sentiment, competitors, audits, reports — re-renders for that brand. Nothing else needs to change; every page that shows brand-specific data reads from whichever brand is currently active. If your account only has a single brand, the switcher shows a plain label instead of a dropdown — there’s nothing to switch between yet. As soon as you add a second brand, the dropdown appears.
Adding a brand
Add a new client brand from the Brands page, reachable via “Add brand” at the bottom of the switcher dropdown. Each new brand:- Starts with 10 suggested prompts generated from the brand’s domain, which you can accept, edit, or discard
- Gets one free baseline scan you trigger yourself, giving you an initial read before automatic scanning takes over on your plan’s cadence
- Has its own empty competitor list, ready for you to populate
What’s configured per brand
Everything that defines how a specific client is tracked lives on that brand, not on the account:
Prompts draw from your account’s shared budget, but once allocated to a brand, that allocation — and everything measured from it — belongs to that brand alone. A competitor you add for one client never appears in another client’s competitor list, and a country enabled for one client doesn’t enable it for the rest of your roster.
Scores work the same way. Each client’s AIS Score is computed only from that client’s own prompt runs and that client’s own competitor comparisons — one client’s results never bleed into another’s, however unrelated or similar the clients happen to be.
Removing a brand
Removing a client brand is done from that brand’s settings. Once removed, its prompt allocation returns to your shared budget, freeing it up for another client. Historical scan data tied to a removed brand is not carried over if you re-add a brand with the same name later — treat removal as final for that brand’s history.Adding capacity beyond the included brands
The bundle includes 10 client brands. If you’re managing more, an extra-brand add-on lets you add capacity one brand at a time rather than needing to change plans. Each extra brand you add:- Adds one more client brand slot to your account, usable the same as any included brand
- Carries all the same agency-mode behaviour — its own prompts, competitors, countries, scores, and audits
- Can be cancelled independently if you stop managing that client, without affecting your other brands
