Every prompt in your library has its own detail page — the complete record of what every AI platform has said in response to that exact question, over time. It’s the page to open when you want to understand one prompt deeply, rather than scan across your whole library. You get there from the prompt text link on the Mentions feed, or from your Prompts table.

What you see

At the top: the prompt’s full text, its tags, its active/inactive status, which of the five platforms it runs on, and which countries it’s tracked in. Below that, a trend strip and per-platform sparklines give you an at-a-glance read on how this prompt’s results have moved recently, followed by the same what changed and slow drift feeds used on the Mentions feed’s Changes tab — but scoped to this one prompt.

Per-platform results and which brands were named

The core of the page is an expandable audit log of every scan this prompt has run through, grouped into Last 30 days, Previous 30 days, and Older — the same recency structure used elsewhere in Surfais. Each scan is shown as a card for its platform and date, with a table listing every brand the AI named in that answer — not just yours. Each row shows whether that brand was mentioned, its position in the answer, its sentiment score, and how many sources were cited alongside it. This is the one place in Surfais where you see the full competitive field for a single answer side by side, rather than your brand’s numbers in isolation.
A brand appearing in this table with “No” under Mentioned means Surfais checked for it in that specific scan and it wasn’t named — useful for confirming a competitor genuinely didn’t come up, rather than assuming.

History

Because every scan is preserved and grouped by recency, this page doubles as your prompt’s full history — how consistently it’s mentioned you across dozens of scans, whether a particular platform reliably surfaces you while another doesn’t, and whether your position has been trending in one direction. Expand the Older section for anything beyond the last 60 days.
If a prompt has been running a while with a stable, uninteresting result, you don’t need to check this page often — it’s most useful right after you notice a shift on the Mentions feed or Changes tab and want the full detail behind it.
