The brand switcher
If your account tracks more than one brand, a dropdown above the sidebar shows your active brand’s name. Click it to switch — the brand-named sidebar section, dashboard, and every brand-scoped page reload for whichever brand you pick. An Add brand option sits at the bottom. Single-brand accounts see a plain label instead, since there’s nothing to switch between. See Managing brands for how the switcher behaves across a full agency portfolio. The account menu
Click your avatar in the top-right corner:- Profile — your name, email, and notification preferences.
- Members — who else has access to your organisation. See Managing your team.
- Settings — organisation-level configuration.
- Billing — your plan, invoices, and payment method. See Managing your subscription.
- Plans and pricing — compare and switch plans. See Plans & limits.
- Support — open a support ticket. See Getting support.

Plan change scheduled for [date]
Plan change scheduled for [date]
A downgrade has been scheduled — shows the effective date and any brands moving to the archive. Cancel it any time before it takes effect. See Managing your subscription.
Scan in progress — refreshing data
Scan in progress — refreshing data
A scan is running for your active brand. Mentions appear live on the Mentions page; dashboard scores update once every platform finishes, typically 5–10 minutes. See What happens in a scan.
When more than one applies, banners stack in a fixed order: billing issues first, then trial or scheduled-change notices, then scan-in-progress last. Each disappears on its own once resolved.
