Once you’re signed in, everything in Surfais is reachable from three places: the sidebar on the left, the brand switcher above it, and the account menu in the top-right corner. This page maps all three, plus the status banners you might see across the top of the app.

The sidebar

Sections appear in this order: Overview — always visible:
  • Dashboard — your AIS Score and the widgets that explain it. See Understanding your dashboard.
  • Tracked Brands — every own-brand on your account. Only shown on agency accounts managing more than one brand.
A section named after your active brand appears once you’ve selected one: Connectors — always visible, currently one entry:
  • Integrations — connect and manage Google Search Console.

The brand switcher

If your account tracks more than one brand, a dropdown above the sidebar shows your active brand’s name. Click it to switch — the brand-named sidebar section, dashboard, and every brand-scoped page reload for whichever brand you pick. An Add brand option sits at the bottom. Single-brand accounts see a plain label instead, since there’s nothing to switch between. See Managing brands for how the switcher behaves across a full agency portfolio.

The account menu

Click your avatar in the top-right corner:
  • Profile — your name, email, and notification preferences.
  • Members — who else has access to your organisation. See Managing your team.
  • Settings — organisation-level configuration.
  • Billing — your plan, invoices, and payment method. See Managing your subscription.
  • Plans and pricing — compare and switch plans. See Plans & limits.
  • Support — open a support ticket. See Getting support.

Status banners

Surfais surfaces banners across the top of the app when something needs attention. You’ll rarely see more than one or two at once.
A card charge failed or your subscription was cancelled. Links straight to your billing portal. See Managing your subscription.
Shown throughout your trial with a countdown and a one-click option to convert early. See Your trial.
A downgrade has been scheduled — shows the effective date and any brands moving to the archive. Cancel it any time before it takes effect. See Managing your subscription.
A scan is running for your active brand. Mentions appear live on the Mentions page; dashboard scores update once every platform finishes, typically 5–10 minutes. See What happens in a scan.
When more than one applies, banners stack in a fixed order: billing issues first, then trial or scheduled-change notices, then scan-in-progress last. Each disappears on its own once resolved.
